Refund Policy

We are happy to facilitate a return or exchange if the item is still in the same condition that it was when receiving it, unworn or unused, with tags and in it's original packaging. 

Please note that we will only grant a return or exchange up to 30 days after purchase date. 

To start a return, you can contact us on info@luve.co.za. if your return meets the above requirements, we will send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and when to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer remains liable for the courier charges unless the product is damaged or faulty.

Once we receive your item and inspected your return, we will let you know if your return was approved or not. if approved, you will be refunded with a gift voucher for the original payment amount. Cash refunds will only be processed if the product was faulty or damaged. 

Unfortunately we do not have returns on pacifiers because of hygienic reasons however, special cases may be considered at our discretion.

Please inspect your items upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or you have received the wrong item.
